Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has been shipped from our store, we’ll send you another email with your JNE tracking information so you can easily follow your package’s journey.

Please note that there are no shipments on Sundays and public holidays, and orders placed after 15:00 will be processed on the next business day.
